I am sharing just a few cell phone snaps I took today of the state of the Mayflower Dairy Farm buildings. This property is now owned by the Pierce County Parks and will become Cross Park. For years photographers, Professional and otherwise, have been coming out and doing photo shoots on this great location. Unfortunately the state that the barns and properties are left in when some bad apples visit the location is going to ruin it for everyone else. In just the 2 days since I was out there last, there have been vehicles in the property driving about and creating destruction, there is trash left all over including McDonalds trash, and bags of household trash. I am sharing these quick #iphone snaps just to pass this message along. If you do not appreciate the property and destroy it for others, no one will get to appreciate it and the history will be gone.

  2. Thank you! My Swiss Sutter family owned the Dairy from 1926 to 1950's they built the barns and homes. The land was sold to the Cross family by my father Fred Sutter. You have saved our farm with your photos and kindness.
